However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it in the new and original condition within 30 days of ordering for a full refund, less outbound and inbound shipping expenses.
If the pet door is not in new condition, replacement fees will apply to allow us to sell the product as new. Be sure to consult our Limited Lifetime Warranty for more information on your dog door.
We do not accept returns after 30 days.
We do not accept returns on the Easy Kennel Products, Heat Mats, or Heaters.
We do not accept returns on any custom products.
Partial returns and/or damages will not receive full credit. Items damaged through USE or due to return shipping damage will receive partial or no credit. Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS or USPS and legitimately ordered the product, credit will be issued minus any shipping custom fees and charges.
