Hi Carl. — I just wanted to send you a note about our new dog door. We just received it on Wednesday installed in on Thursday and by days end all 6 of our dogs were using it without hesitation! It certainly is the best, even compared to all the leading brand dog doors on the market hands down! We hope to switch all our dog doors to the Heavy Duty Dog Door® in the near future, they are worth every penny paid!
